Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Kollektion (“the service”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use Kollektion.

Your account

You’re responsible for your account and for keeping your sign-in details secure. Provide accurate information and let us know of any unauthorised use. You must be at least 16 to use the service.

Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the service. In particular, don’t:

• break the law, or infringe anyone’s rights;
• attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the service or other users’ data;
• use the service to store or share unlawful content.

Discogs

Kollektion connects to your own Discogs account to read and update your collection. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Discogs, and your use of Discogs is subject to Discogs’ own terms. You’re responsible for the data in your Discogs account.

Your content

Your collection data and the photos you upload are yours. You grant us the limited permission needed to host and process them so we can provide the service to you (for example, storing photos, computing valuations and printing labels). We don’t claim ownership of your content and we don’t sell it.

Subscriptions & billing

Kollektion offers a free tier and a paid Pro subscription. Paid plans are sold and processed by our payment provider, Stripe (through Stripe Managed Payments), who acts as the merchant of record (your receipt and statement will reference them). Pro is offered with a free trial; unless you cancel before the trial ends, it converts to a paid subscription. You can cancel at any time from Settings; access continues until the end of the paid period. Prices and plan features may change, with notice for existing subscribers. Except where the law requires, payments are non-refundable.

Valuations are estimates

Values and AI condition grades are estimates based on public marketplace data and automated analysis. They may be inaccurate or out of date and are not financial, investment or appraisal advice. Don’t rely on them for buying, selling or insurance decisions.

Availability

We work to keep the service running but provide it “as is”, without warranties, and we don’t guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend or discontinue features.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Termination

You can stop using Kollektion and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms; we’ll revise the “last updated” date and, for material changes, give reasonable notice.
